What is included in the Quote?

All of our quotes include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed, 30 day price guarantee of the price given, and a rendering of the completed project.

How long does it take from contract signing to project completion?

Depending on the size and scope of project, other factors include HOA Approval, County permit processing times, Materials and weather. We will give you an estimated completion time frame at the Design Consultation.

Are you Licensed and insured?

Yes, we have a licensed NC General Contractor on staff and are fully insured.

Are your Sunrooms Kits and who do you use for the Sunrooms?

Our Sunrooms are not kits, they are all custom designed to fit your space. All of our materials are provided by Four Seasons Sunrooms in Holbrook NY. We are a dealer of their products.
